Existential Analysis
Existential analytic therapy includes having space to explore our experiences and meanings without judgement or pre determined assumptions. This might include understanding how our sedimented ways of being or patterns influence our life and relationships. There is also acknowledgement of how the cultural and the political are oft forgotten influences in our lives.
